There is a simple procedure you must follow in order to apply for membership.
First, write a letter to Dr. Mauro Miskulín, ISTEC President, expressing your institution's intentions for future collaborations as an ISTEC member. Specifically, indicate in which of the four initiatives you plan to participate most actively, and in what way your institutions can contribute.
Once the President grants conditional acceptance, the institution may participate in ISTEC related projects, with the understanding that the official acceptance will only take place at the following General Assembly.
The applying institution must be present at that time and make a brief introduction or poster presentation to the other members attending the General Assembly. At that time the GA vote to ratify the President’s acceptance and introduce the conditional applicant as a full member.
